On delivery
You’ll receive your week’s shopping in one go, on the Saturday you arrive at the resort (or the Sunday in some cases).
To arrange your delivery, one of our drivers will call your mobile phone (you provide your number when you order).
On your satisfaction
The Off Courses team is on hand to help by phone until the last delivery.
Stuck en route? Still travelling when we call you? It’s not a problem: we’ll find a solution to get your keys from the reception staff at your complex and leave your order in your apartment.
On the cold chain
All orders are delivered in refrigerated trucks, to meet product-related requirements.
In our 1,500 sqm warehouse, we have 1,000 sqm of cold rooms. Your products’ traceability and storage are fully controlled.
Our story
Since it was established in 1996, TSI Off Courses has been the specialist in delivering shopping to mountain resorts. In 2002, it consolidated its leading status by offering its “One Week Menu” meal box.
In 2010, the company expanded its offer with "Shopping à la carte".
In 2018, Sherpa Supermarché, the all-mountain chain with 117 in-resort grocery stores, acquired TSI Off Courses with its delivery platform and proven expertise. The aim? Grow its online sales to bring its customers greater comfort and service.
